What is BuddyUp?
BuddyUp is a non-governmental organization dedicated to offering complimentary academic support and companionship to children from single-parent households or low-income families in Taiwan. Our initiatives include a variety of activities such as sports, educational games, English tutoring, and the assignment of a Buddy to each child. This approach aims to foster trust and relationship-building skills while prioritizing the mental well-being of the children we serve.

Raising Awareness
Through documentation and social media, one of BuddyUp's main purpose is spreading awareness about the unique challenges of single-parent children. By offering targeted resources, we aim to bridge this gap, ensuring these children have equal and fair opportunities as every other child.
Academic + Physical Support
BuddyUp is dedicated to empowering children by offering a unique blend of academic tutoring and sports coaching. Through our English tutoring sessions and variety of sports programs, our mission is to ensure that every child excels at both in the classroom and on the field, finding a hobby that they can enjoy and pursue.
Building A Community
